If you have a sick or injured pet, call Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic as soon as possible. Our receptionist will assist you in making an appointment. Call us at 281-342-3727.
An emergency visit starts with an exam. Patients are first evaluated with a complete physical examination. Doctors look at your pet’s eyes, ears, skin, cardiovascular, neurological, gastrointestinal, and skeletal systems. Temperature, pulse, and respiration will be assessed. Based on this information, the doctor may order blood work to test kidney and liver function, pancreas, thyroid, and adrenal glands. Depending on the condition of your pet, the doctor may recommend further diagnostic testing, such as a urinalysis and radiographs.
Appointment
If there is anappointment slotavailable, then you will be seen as a regular appointment provided your pet is not in an emergency situation.
Drop-Off
We offer ourdrop-off servicefor the convenience of our clients who have to go to work or can’t be here for some other reason. It’s very important for these clients to fill out the drop-off form completely and leave a full description of your pet’s symptoms and when these symptoms started. It is equally important that you leave a phone number where we can reach you to make important decisions regarding your pet’s care.
If your pet must be seen immediately due to an emergency (needing immediate care), then your pet will be seen before other scheduled appointments and there will be an additional charge of $65.00. The doctor will evaluate your pet and, with the help of our supportive staff, we will care for and treat your pet.
