Drop-Offs / Outpatients
Patients can be dropped off after 7:00 am. We suggest that you call first to schedule.
For your convenience, we offer early morning drop-offs. If your pet needs annual vaccinations or you wake up to find that your pet is ill, you can drop him or her off at the clinic starting at 7:00. We understand that many of our clients work and cannot take advantage of our scheduled appointments. A veterinarian will examine your pet and provide the requested services. If there are concerns, the veterinarian will call you and discuss treatment options. Most pets will be ready to go home by 4:00.
PETS THAT ARE NEWLY ADOPTED FROM THE SHELTER AND UNVACCINATED PETS CANNOT BE DROPPED OFF.
If you are dropping off a sick patient, it is really important to give us as much information about your pet as you can. We need to know vaccination status, duration of symptoms, exposure to climate or chemicals, possible foreign body ingestion (garbage, toys, socks, etc.), or any other pertinent information. We must also be able to contact you, so we’ll need a good contact number and email address.
If you are a new client, we will need a deposit for all sick patients.
When dropping pets off with us, we ask that you take time to fill out the following form:
Thank you for considering us as a health care provider for your pets. For more than 50 years, this clinic has been providing our clients with quality and affordable veterinary care. With the opening of our new facility, we have expanded our services and capacity to better serve our clients and their pets.
Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic is a small animal practice; we do not accept new equine or bovine patients. If you have a pet other than a dog or cat, call us to discuss whether we can provide care for it or whether we would recommend a referral to a veterinarian who specializes in exotic pets.
Steps for New Clients
- Call and schedule an appointment. We may be reached at 281-342-3727.
- Have your veterinary records transferred to us via fax (281-232-3727) or email us.
- If you have an opportunity, fill out the new client form before you arrive.
While we do offer drop-off services, we would rather meet you and your pet as an exam appointment on your first visit. Exam appointments must be scheduled for pets that are newly adopted from a shelter and unvaccinated pets.
Payment Policy
Professional fees are due when services are rendered. If you are a new client, we will need a deposit for sick patients that will be left with us for treatment.
We accept cash, checks, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and
CareCredit. If your pet is covered by insurance, we'll help complete the forms.
